The process for employers may begin from one of many different sources, including job requisition submitted via email, referrals from other employers we’ve worked with in the past, or referrals from some of our satisfied candidates. Once we receive notification that you would like assistance finding the right person for your organisation, the process continues as follows:

A recruiter will contact you for additional detail about the position you need filled, and will arrange to meet with you at your convenience to assess the working environment at your company and discuss details of working together.

  • Our Interactive Re sourcing Department may advertise your position on our website and other relevant websites to attract qualified candidates.
  • The recruiter evaluates the potential candidate pool, submitting candidates to a rigorous interview, skills assessment, and credentials verification process.
  • The most qualified candidates are presented to your firm, and we set up interviews on your behalf with those candidates whose backgrounds interest you.
  • After the interview(s), your recruiter will obtain detailed feedback from you, and assist with putting together an offer.
  • Your recruiter will present the offer on your behalf, gain acceptance, and secure a start date.
